From roll material to a ready-to-use solution
A high-quality tarpaulin project involves more than choosing a fabric. Accurate dimensions, panel direction, seams, reinforcement and fixing hardware all influence performance. Custom size and shape
We manufacture to finished dimensions rather than forcing the application to suit a standard sheet. Rectangles, tapered panels, box covers, machine covers, curtains, sleeves and cut-outs can be developed from measurements, sketches or site information. Allowances are planned for overlap, movement and fastening. Complex items may require a template or survey.
Industrial stitching
PE and canvas products are commonly finished by heavy-duty stitching. Strong thread, folded hems, webbing and reinforcement patches are selected for the load. Eyelets, D-rings, ropes, straps, hook-and-loop closures and buckles can be added. Good stitching distributes tension beyond each attachment point.
PVC heat welding
PVC-coated polyester is joined by heat welding to create clean, strong and highly water-resistant seams. Welding suits truck covers, pond liners, partitions, side curtains and equipment covers. Overlap, temperature and speed are matched to the material. Corners and eyelet zones can be double layered or webbing reinforced.
On-site installation
Large curtains, temporary enclosures, roof covers and fitted protection may require professional installation. We check access, anchor positions, tension and water-shedding direction. Installation is planned around site requirements and practical maintenance, with guidance on inspection, retensioning and storage.
Quality control
Before dispatch, we check finished dimensions, seam continuity, edge reinforcement, eyelet spacing and visible defects. Accessories are compared with the approved scope. Certificate requirements should be confirmed at enquiry stage so the material can be correctly matched.
