PVC heat welding fuses overlapping coated fabric using controlled temperature, pressure and speed. It avoids a line of needle holes and is preferred for waterproof and heavy-duty PVC applications. Correctly fabricated seams are neat, strong and suitable for repeated folding and outdoor use.

Welded PVC is used for truck curtains, cargo covers, machinery covers, wash-bay curtains, warehouse partitions, roof panels, liners, event enclosures and floor protection.

We confirm material, finished size and panel layout, then cut and clean the joining areas. Panels are heat welded with consistent overlap before hems, reinforcement and fittings are completed.

The project can be matched with PE, PVC or canvas and finished for handling and attachment. Options include folded hems, rope in the hem, polyester webbing, reinforcement patches, stainless or brass eyelets, D-rings, straps, sleeves, flaps and closures. The combination depends on fabric, tension, exposure and handling frequency.

We confirm dimensions, material, colour, quantity and details before fabrication. Complex items may require a drawing, template or site measurement. Certificate requirements should be identified before order confirmation. Finished work is checked for dimensions, seam consistency, reinforcement and accessory placement.
